Client Ownership: Should you decide to leave MikeFX34, all clients you referred remain under the MikeFX34 head campaign. No exceptions.
Client Acquisition: You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing your own clients. MikeFX34 does not supply clients to handlers.
No Financial Advice: You may never, under any circumstances, provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment guidance. Operating as an IB without a Financial Services Provider (FSP) licence is illegal. You are only an introducer — not an advisor.
Commission Rights: MikeFX34 reserves the full and sole right to set, adjust, or terminate your commission percentage at any time. Commission increases will be decided based on your performance and contribution to the campaign.
Termination: MikeFX34 reserves the right to immediately terminate your commissions and handler status if you act out of line, violate these guidelines, misrepresent the brand, or engage in unethical practices.
Social Media Obligation: As a handler, you are required to actively create content on social media platforms — including but not limited to TikTok videos, Instagram reels, and posts — to promote and grow the MikeFX34 brand.
Brand Guidelines: All content must comply with MikeFX34 brand guidelines. No unrealistic income claims, no fake results, and no misleading information may be used in any promotional material.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction at all times.
